PIWC, Atomic, Bids Farewell to Apostle and Mrs Tackie

A farewell service in honour of Apostle Daniel Nii Teiko and Mrs Esther Tackie was held on 12th August, 2018 at Pentecost International Worship Centre (PIWC), Atomic.

Apostle Daniel Nii Teiko Tackie has been the resident minister for PIWC, Atomic, since September 2016. He was transferred to the Pentecost Theological Seminary during the last General Council meeting of the church.

Speaking on the topic, ‘Processes and God’s Divine Equipment’, from Romans 8:28 -31, 9:11-17, Apostle Amos Jimmy Markin explained that God takes His people through processes to equip them to function effectively for the fulfilment of His purpose and to prepare them for heaven. He mentioned that everything we pass through is an equipment of God. God calls us, equips us and sends us after His equipment.

He admonished the church to have the right attitude while going through the process of equipment like Joseph did, guarding against becoming weary, fainting or being tired along the way, avoiding bitterness, murmuring or complaining, and unforgiveness.

He encouraged the church to acknowledge that it is the grace of God that has brought us this far and God is going to lift up our heads with favour.

In attendance were representatives of the Madina Area of the Church of Pentecost and Apostle Michael Ntumy, the former chairman of the Church of Pentecost.
